If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All returned or exchanged items must be in new UNWORN condition, in their original packaging, if with a bracelet the plastic covering must still be in place and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories. Return shipping is covered by the buyer.
Upon receiving the returned goods and inspection confirms goods have been returned in the condition they have been sent the refund will be processed to the customer.
Each customer is entitled to cancel their order before shipping has taken place and will receive a full refund. If a customer decides to cancel their order after the item has been shipped a refund will take place once the item has been returned in its original condition. Signum also reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.
For our watches we ship internationally by either express courier or registered mail from Switzerland (only swiss customers), all other customers from Hong Kong or China. For our bracelets they are made in the USA and shipped from the USA internationally by USPS. Depending on the recipients location delivery takes any where between 3-8 working days, if you have a tight deadline to receive a package please email email@example.com to see what can be done. Unless its a pre-order, orders are processed and sent within 2-4 working days and a tracking number is provided. Please note shipments to Russia can take up to 4-6 weeks due to the slow customs process in Russia.
Taxes/Duty: International orders can be subject to Customs import taxes specified by the receivers country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer or person placing the order. For USA customers you have a tax free threshold of $800 therefore anything purchased up to the value of $800 you will not be subject to import duties/taxes on arrival in the USA. Please note Switzerland is not part of the EU therefore EU customers must expect taxes and duties to be paid on arrival and solely their responsibility, this is the same for any customer based in the UK. If for any reason a customer does not read the shipping policy before ordering and upon delivery find they have to pay import taxes upon delivery and refuse to do so, the package is returned, a refund will be processed less the cost of shipping the order.
All watches are covered by a 24 month warranty unless otherwise stated description booklet provided with each watch. Warranties or guarantees are not transferable once sold by the original purchaser.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
